Individual jewelry
Individual pieces of jewelry are possible, as are custom lengths for a chain or modifications to a piece of jewelry that is offered in our online shop.



Earrings and studs
Lost earring or stud
If we still have the same stones in stock, you can reorder a single earring or ear stud from us at any time. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the pieces, there may be small deviations in size, as the pieces of jewelry are no longer matched by us in the studio.

Closure broken
You can always buy a replacement clasp from us if it has broken. Within 6 months of purchasing a piece of jewelry, we will replace it free of charge if there is a material defect, but not if it has been used improperly.


Necklaces and bracelets
Chain/bracelet broken
We will repair any chains you have bought from us that have broken. This is free of charge within 6 months of purchasing a chain if there is a material defect (this does not apply to improper use). After that, we will be happy to give you a quote for the repair.

If the desired length is not specified on the product page, please contact us so that we can make you an individual offer.
